Annie has been working with teenagers and young adults for the past eleven years, the last four of which as a high school counselor in Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Telecommunications, and from Xavier University with her Master’s degree in School Counseling. She currently works with a diverse group of students at Saint Ursula Academy, an all-girls Catholic college-preparatory high school.

As a professional school and college counselor, Annie works with students to provide individualized academic planning and support, promote social and emotional well-being, and facilitate college and career mapping. She has earned American School Counseling Association Specialist Certifications in Anxiety & Stress Management, Career Development, and Mental Health.

Annie is passionate about helping students identify strengths, interests, values, and priorities to help them develop robust lists of colleges that “fit.” Working with students and families to navigate their individual college search and application processes from freshman year through graduation is one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.

In her free time, Annie enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, taking her dog on long walks in the woods, and listening to leadership and true crime podcasts.
