At his core Tash Uray is a Dream Champion and has assisted individuals to launch or enhance their careers through education, coaching and executive search. The majority of his thirty plus year career has been in career focused education both as an employee and consultant working with schools that target high demand career fields that are underserved by traditional education – most recently the skilled trades. Growing up as the eldest son of immigrant parents who ultimately became physicians – that instilled in him an assumption questioning orientation to the world and a passion for personal/professional growth and development.
